THE Free State ANC PEC led by Ace Magashule remained defiant yesterday in the face of legal threats to nullify the province’s ongoing provincial conference in Parys. A faction led by deputy provincial chairperson Thabo Manyoni was expected to file court papers yesterday as part of their attempt to scupper the provincial conference.
