Free State ANC branch members wrote to party’s General Secretary Gwede Mantashe seeking clarity on the legality of the Current Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) led by Ace Magashule. The letter makes reference to the ANC’s Constitution amended and adopted at the 53rd National Conference, which stipulates that a conference must be held once in every four years.
